The information here is for the new 2009 to 2010 school year Faith Formation classes. In order to return the Registration Form electronically, please download the file and fill it out with Microsoft Word. When completed, please email it to either Cathy Darling or the parish office. Please feel free to email either with questions if you have any.
(Please note: The Word document is available in order to be downloaded, filled out with Microsoft Word, and returned via email.)
(Please note: The PDF document is also available for the same purpose as teh Word documente, but can also be printed easier for those who would prefer mailing the form in.)
